Ingredients

Rice, Tofu, Carrots + Green Vegetables

Zesty Tangy Carrots

1/2 cup Alkaline Water

1/2 cup Rice Vinegar

2 Tbsp Agave Nectar

1 inch Fresh Ginger, grated

1 cup Sliced Carrots, mandoline thin


Marinated Tofu

Rice

Fresh Bowl Accents

Step 1: Tofu Marinade



The premier of this recipe is the Marinade. Granting ample time of marination gives this Tofu an impeccable flavor. Compose the Tofu Marinade in a medium bowl by whisking together the Rice Vinegar, Sesame oil, Tamari, Fresh Grated Ginger + Agave Nectar. Set aside in a small glass bowl 1/4 cup of marinade for serving. Add the Tofu to remainder of marinade and gently coat each piece generously. The longer the Tofu Bathes in this Illustrious Potion, the deeper the flavor + experience. This is why this marinade is the first pupil in this Orchestra.



Step 2: Pickled Carrots

The second pupil in this Orchestra calls for a brine soak. This Brine will quickly bring the Carrots to a Pickled state. Combine Rice Vinegar, Alkaline Water, Ginger and Agave in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Place Carrots into a medium Glass bowl or jar while pouring the simmering brine over the Carrots. Cover with lid and place in refrigerator to chill.


Step 3: Rice

Rinse the Sushi Rice with 11.5 Alkaline water in a rice or fine mesh strainer. Drain and pour Rice, fresh Alkaline Water + Rice Vinegar into a small saucepan with lid. Once water starts to boil reduce heat to low and simmer until rice is tender, for approximately 20 minutes. Turn heat off and keep lid sealed for an additional 10min. Recordad! Please remember the Lid remaining closed for an additional 10minute is Key to this recipe.


Step 4: Cook Tofu

Heat a large Non-Stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is Hot, place Tofu directly on the skillet from its marinade Bathe. Brown Tofu for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are the desired Crispiness and Elegant Golden-Brown color appear.


Step 5: Serve

Serve this Orchestra of Ingredients by dividing Rice between Bowls. Top Rice Bowl with cooked Tofu, Cucumbers, Avocado, Pickled Carrots, Bean Sprouts, Green Onions + Nori Sprinkles. Add additional Marinade + optional Garnishes to reach desired flavor. Disfrutar!! Enjoy your Masterpiece.
